Remove this. This is my subtitle stolen from another website. Opensubtitle has no dignity leaving it uploaded here. Where is that shite MIS? Why don't you carry out your duties as moderator here?

1. Please perform some decency and politeness when you address other users or admins.
 
2. The 'bad' mark and the rating feature is meant as indication for the quality of the subs. If this is really 'your' subtitle as you say, it's rather odd you classify your own work as bad and poor. Besides, I think the subs are not that bad, so I have removed the 1/10 rating and the 'bad' mark.
 
3. If this is really 'your' subtitle as you say, you uploaded it elsewhere in order to share it with the world and so you gave up exclusivity. It's quite naive to think it will never appear anywhere else. The subs were not "stolen" as you say, but shared as you intended. If you don't want 'your' subs to appear on the internet, then do not upload them on the internet.
 
4. Last but not least, OpenSubtitles is not yours. You are not in charge of OpenSubtitles, its admins nor its policies. You can make kind requests, but you cannot give orders.
 
5. Minor detail: you have a history of systematically flooding our website with subs containing advertisements. I guess you understand this doesn't really put you in a credit-worthy position.

Enough with your hypocrisy. You deleted all my subtitles and banned me from uploading if there were ads in it. Despite your site begging for advertising. But when my subtitles were uploaded after my ad was removed, you told me to let it go. I allow all my subtitles to be uploaded except here because I don't want anything to do with this site. Is your site that bad that it needs stolen subtitles to increase traffic? And try checking this. www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/10074827/winnie-the-pooh-blood-and-honey-2-en. This is proof that MIS is taking advantage of its position and you are just a bunch of hypocrites.

Well, actually we do. Some excerpts from posted rules:
1.Under no circumstances is spamming or advertising of any kind allowed.
Seems that your prior behavior and violations were addressed in previous correspondence.
2.Do not post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate others security. Profanity or any kind of insolent behavior to other members (regardless of rank) will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in users being banned without notice.
Referring to an admin as a “turd”, could be construed as a violation of policy.

Yes. Some admins are more lenient and tolerant with violations and insolence, as with your previous “warning” classification, and not an outright expulsion.
